The method

Two doors. The same care behind both.

You can hire us to build something, or to complete the team you have. Here is what each looks like from your side, and the rules that hold either way.

[1]The build

We build it.

Discovery.

We scope the one workflow worth automating and write down exactly what done means. Discovery ends with a plan, a fixed price, and a working prototype of the hard part. You commit to the build after you have seen it.

Build.

A working slice ships in week one: one real path, end to end, on real infrastructure. After that, a demo every week. Nothing waits for a big reveal.

Operate.

Once the product is live, we run it. Monitoring, evals, improvements, month to month. The build has an end. The product does not.

[2]Residence

The team that completes yours.

A senior-led team from the studio, inside your standups, month to month. You set the direction. We bring the engineers and someone who leads them.

The team
Senior-led, always. The shape underneath is a judgment call: the composition that ships, not the headcount that bills. A real team that arrives knowing each other.
The rhythm
Your standups, your tools, your priorities. Studio habits come along: a demo cadence, code review, progress you can watch.
The deal
Month to month, no lock-in. Staffed for continuity, not coverage: no bench, no rotation by design. When life moves someone, the handover happens inside the team, with overlap, before you feel it.
The rules

Four rules, either door.

[01]

You talk to the person who decides.

On our side that is a founder, in the code and in the room. On yours, we ask for whoever owns the call, founder or director. Decisions happen in days.

No account layer.

[02]

Speed is respect.

A working slice in week one. A demo every week. Answers the day you ask. Your time is the one thing we cannot give back.

No big reveal.

[03]

We own what we ship.

We run what we build after launch, month to month. When something breaks, it is ours to fix. The people who build it stay close to it.

No hand-off and vanish.

[04]

Outcomes, not hours.

We sell a plan and a price, not seats on a team. The meter is not running, so the incentive is to finish. When a cheaper path gets you the same result, we say so.

No bodies on invoices.

Before you hire anyone

The questions worth asking.

You do not have to know which door you need. That is what the first call is for.
