A dog-care assistant that lives in WhatsApp. Owners register their dog once and write to it the way they would write to a friend who knows dogs. No app to download.
WUF is the product of Purposefuel, a Mexico City studio. 2Sunrise designed, built and runs the agent behind it, from Mexico City, on WhatsApp’s business platform.
What it does
- [1]Remembers the dog. Every answer is about this dog: its breed, its age, what it eats, what happened last week.
- [2]Answers the questions owners actually have: what to feed, whether a symptom is worth a vet visit, how to house-train a puppy, where the food is cheaper this week.
- [3]Daily check-ins with one tap. A good day returns something worth knowing: the run of good days, the days of food left, the next bath. A bad day gets a question the next morning.
- [4]Food by the kilo. It finds the exact bag the owner buys, compares the price per kilo across stores and sends a reminder before it runs out.
- [5]Searches the web inside the chat when a question needs today’s information.
- [6]Follows up after a vet visit, and keeps what the owner tells it.
- [7]Writes first when there is a reason to, and hands the conversation to a person when that is the right answer.
- [8]A dashboard for the team: who signed up, who wrote this month, what they ask about.
From an idea to a beta with real owners in under eight weeks. In production since September 2026, with owners writing every day and new capabilities still shipping.
How we run it
Month to month. Every change to how WUF talks goes through a test set before an owner sees it. A monitor tells us the minute anything is down. The client and we talk every week, and the roadmap is theirs.
